This place has gone downhill. The customer service is horrible. The staff are so disorganized. Its as if they dont understand basic English language.I got a birthday cake today and waited in line for close to an hour just to have it boxed up.i got tired and just took it unboxed.The other customers kept complaining about how stale the drinks were and how unprofessional they are.The place is so mis-managed. It is no longer the high quality it used to be.
