Well I had a good experience here. It was a good products but there customer service need additional training....when a customer comes in, the need to drop there phones and attend to the customer with all their attention. I was really surprised when a customer came to pick up a pre order cake and the lady at the canter instead of help the customer to pick the cake just pointed to the cake and said...'see it there carry am' so unprofessional. This is just because both of them at the reception were engrossed in their phones.
