I had a fantastic experience. My best experience so far. Fantastic customer service. They were very focused and we finished it in one seating. They were really efficient but also really gentle with my hair. I was also impressed by the relationship I observed between the owner and the staff. I didn’t sense any resentment. There was a positive and collegiate aura around the place. I would definitely recommend.

Stumbled upon #locvilla @Dolphin Estates where I got my #sistalocs retightened after the attitude demonstrated by Loctitude, Dolphin Estates. I have a wash treatment and steam done at an affordable price. I am pleased with the results. #locvilla is highly recommended. The entire staff was professional, courteous, friendly and attentive. I will go again, excellent value for money.

This is supposed to be a natural hair salon so I expected them to be very tender with my hair. I had an appointment for 11am, I arrived at 11:17 and honestly I thought I was already late, however I waited for a whole extra 40mins as the stylist meant to do my hair was still finishing off some else’s hair. So what’s the point of an appointment? To make the matter worse , the weaving of my hair was done so tightly. I kept asking the stylist to take it easy, granted she was polite but she was trying to convince me that she wasn’t holding it tight, that’s the level of service I would expect in the market. How do I come to a natural hair salon and the staff aren’t trained to be gentle on the head? I came in for a sew-in and despite me saying how tender my scalp was the sewing was done so tightly I had to almost yell at the stylist to please take it easy. I can still feel the pain along my front hair line and I am praying bumps do not develop. The tension on my scalp is still so much. This isn’t a natural hair salon, it’s just a normal salon, but don’t expect your natural hair to get special treatment.

I totally loved the services I received here yesterday. The ambience is very cosy. My hair was handled professionally and with the best of care... I felt good when Tasala herself trimmed my hair and took loads of pictures and videos... I would visit when next I get the chance and I recommend TasalaHQ to anyone wanting to give their natural hair some TLC 😉
