This review may seem a little early, but I'm only writing it because it seems this is the only way to get in contact with them. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, but I have heard absolutely nothing from them. When I send messages they either do not respond, or they take the longest time to respond, and even then, the response is non coherent, so I can't even understand what is being said to me. I am worried, because at this point its looking like they just took my money for nothing. I understand that there can be delays, but what I don't understand is why they have no sort of customer service whatsoever. Its just complete silence till you get your order. Now I am not aware of anything regarding my order, since they have not responded back to my calls, my messages or my emails. I don't even know if I'm still going to receive my order anymore. This is just too bad. EDIT: After submitting this review I finally got a response to an email I sent last week. I guess writing the review helped, but that doesn't change the fact that their customer service is next to none

After reading all the comments, i almost burst out laughing. Una never change. Thank God I decided to pick up instead of delivery. Your number doesn't go, the ladies at the store are rude as ever. The fair one was more concerned about her skin "skinning", and groveling for an invite to a party. Asked for product and it was pointed at with the most condescending manner. The dark one was a bit nice at least. Customer service zero. The only saving grace is your prices are great.

Ok, I just left your store at Lekki and had to text two of my friends about how terrible your customer service was. Zero warmth! The air was so stiff and I was counting down to quickly exiting your store. Terrible! No one is asking that you kiss your customers welcome but be warm, please. It is so essential. Your store has about the best prices but your customer service erodes that for me. I am a first time buyer but I am either never returning or will simply order everything I need at once and pay for delivery. The lady who handed my Triluma cream to me was just dragging feet and barely spoke up. Had to read her lips to hear her. I am all the more surprised that I actually came on Google to leave a review about your customer service only to read a myriad of similar reviews. You only apologize, obviously, but never do anything about it. Problem full Naija, normal, but biko try dey smile. Improve yourselves, for real. The customer service at this store is amazing, even though I got there a few minutes after closing hours, I was attended to in the kindest manner. The person I met at the store was quite friendly, will be shopping again pretty soon.

My first other with them I Placed an order 2am and I received the package by 4pm the same day that was so impressive,So impressive that I’ve placed an order about eight times more in two months and same thing the delivery is always so fast i sometimes wonder how?. I just wish everything wasn’t so “sold out” the prices are literally so cheap but everything is always sold out.I can’t shop the way I really want to so I just buy the basics in twos and that’s it.
