Started on their website and was moved to their customer service channel on which I was attended to in a very friendly and polite way. Eventually went in store with my fiancee and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience. Customer service was really professional as my wife had major issues picking what exactly she wanted, they attended to her like she was some member of a royal family. We ended up spending way more than we budgeted but left the place grinning from ear to ear. Would definitely recommend Azarai to anybody shopping for a ring. They had a lovely selection of rings, bracelets, and other jewelry. I almost right away found what I was looking for. I like the unique ring designs I was presented. Estella was most helpful to me today and she was extremely kind! She helped me sort through the selection of rings and even presented some options I had not seen. I had a great experience and I would happily come back here to shop for jewelry again!
