I got a Brazilian wax done by Chidinma and it was a fairly straightforward process. The team is reachable via the phone so I was able to book an appointment and have a quick consultation via the phone. For future clients, do specify if you would like strip wax or honey wax or sugar or hard wax so they are aware ahead of time. All in all, great customer service, short wait time, and I had a decent experience ☺️
