Absolutely horrible service. They take your money then forget to send your order out and hours after you are calling up and down looking for your order and your refund. It’s always we are sorry. Many business believe all they need to do is say sorry once they provide horrible customer service and So Fresh does this time and time and time again. When you order average time to delivery is between 3-4hrs. Just to deliver a parfait. Most times when you reach out they have even forgot you ordered and paid.

First they misled me into placing an order they knew wasn’t available. I got delivery of the other orders I placed and they then refused to refund my 8k for days..I kept following up with calls and texts which was really stressful tbh. You guys should be accurate when taking orders and do the needful Asap when you make a mistake.

I walked in & no one was at the reception. Who leaves their reception empty. I had to call out a couple of times before someone came. At 12pm they didn’t arrange available juices in the fridge only zobo. Anyways I wanted only fresh orange juice & they told me the 50CL is N6k .. I left .. it’s too pricey for orange juice in that size.

The worst parfait I’ve ever tasted… and it’s 5500 per cup. That’s paying for absolutely rubbish.
