Poor customer service Long wait time Food is nice

This is the most incompetent restaurant when it comes to the delivery process through Chowdeck. They would never get an order ready. In fact, they would wait for the maximum 40 minutes Chowdeck order preparation timeline to elapse, indicate that the order is ready to lure a delivery rider only to inform the rider that they're just starting to prepare the order. This has happened every single time I have ordered food from them through Chowdeck. I have called in some of these instances to complain only for them to vomit the usual, Nigeria anyhowness-laden "I'm sorry sir" and not doing anything to standardise their broken process. I will advise anyone who works with time to avoid ordering food from them through any food delivery platform.

Your space is literally so small yet you leave it unmanned. I was at this place and there was no one at the counter. Just the delivery guys sitting in. Waited for some 4mins nd no one came out till I left.
