Restroom
Shopping experience is good.Ebaeno please do better with your rest rooms for customers. No tissue, very dirty, no soap or hand wash, not lit because there is no light. So when you close the door to pee, it's a dark room. This applies to both Lokogoma and Wuse branch. A pregnant woman who came to shop couldn't use the restroom because it was dirty. I really felt for her and she came to shop. Please do something about this situation because it is not funny. How can customers come to shop and your conveniences are not suitable for use when a customer is pressed. I just had a very bad experience just now for the second time and it's not funny. Please treat as urgent.

Nail
I found a NAIL (as in for construction) inside my spring roll just now from their bakery. What kind of demonic negligence is that?!

Protein collagen
We had a bad experience shopping in your supermarket. We bought a product that was not supposed to be on the shelf on Saturday, 27th July, 2024. The name of the product is VITAL PROTENS COLLAGEN PEPTIDES. It was after purchase we went online and saw the producing company ordered the product not to be on shelf. We were physically in your office to lay a complaint and one of the company staff promised to call us after having spoken to the manager. I think there is need for due diligence when sourcing your product.
I've been struggling to make ends meet since I graduated over 3 years ago, it's been from one poor paying job to the other. Early this year I managed to convince my father to sell his land and give me a million naira from the money. He wanted me to travel out but I had to inform him that travelling even to an African country is now very expensive which 1 or even 2 million won't be able to process.
I decided to invest the money into mini importation from a Chinese site 1688 which I learnt here on Nairaland. I tasted the waters by importing cheap necklaces but they weren't of good quality so I decided to try again. I imported wigs and they were better because I was able to realize at least 6k profit on each of them but then sales was a bit slow since I didn't really have the customer base for wigs.
After the wigs I imported boyfriend jeans since I was already into jeans business before and it is a trendy stuff that I won't have much problem selling. Before I ordered I checked reviews, longevity of the seller on the site and other checks. After due diligence I ordered 200 pairs of jeans from 3 different vendors. An agent that I met on Nairaland helped me to make payments while I took care of the shipping myself.
I waited apprehensively for about two months for the goods to arrive because unlike the first two orders which I used air freight I used sea cargo due to the weight of the shipment. During the wait I reached out to prospective buyers with the samples and videos that I got from the vendors. The goods finally arrived Nigeria early this month and spent over a week under customs clearance. Within this period my parents had been checking in occasionally to know the progress of the business.
The goods arrived the shipping company's warehouse on Friday and I had plead with my dad to borrow me a refundable 235,0000 to clear the goods which will be paid immediately I start making sales. I sent my brother who's a dispatcher in Lagos to help me pick up the stuff. He called me on video call when he got home and what I saw shattered my heart into a thousand pieces. My phone fell off my hand while I gasped for breath with my heart racing.
The 3 vendors sent identical goods which were as good as rags, in fact it was below okirika 3rd grade standard. Even skirts, bum shorts and plain trousers were found among the rubbish they sent, some were torn. Without mincing words, they sent damaged, old and worn out goods to me. They weren't even packaged in nylons. It was as if there was a conspiracy between the vendors.
I just watched the great hope and expectations that I had fizzle out with tears rolling down my cheeks, I wished I was dreaming but it was reality. I broke the news to my dad who was beyond disappointed in me, he regretted giving me the money and wished he had invested the money in his building project like my mom advised him when he wanted to give me the money.
On my part I'm just downcast, confused and depressed with no idea on what to do with my life. At 32 I thought I was finally up to something that will lift me out of poverty but just like several times that I've tried, I come crashing down to the ground. I feel like I'm cursed to die in suffering but anyhow it is giving up is not an option. I will still stand up and continue the struggle till I make it legitimately one way or the other.
I had to put this up here so that others can learn from my mistakes and bear in mind that those Chinese are dubious and should tread carefully when dealing with them.
AffordableCars always do a good and wonderful job by repairing a car when:
The repaired parts function properly without any issues.
The car runs smoothly and safely after the repairs.
The repair work matches the car's original specifications.
The environment is cool with soft music not too loud allowing for quiet conversations. The meals are okay but I especially enjoyed the nkoyo punch.
Tasty and Nice food, good portions.
Prices are ok!
I got the fisherman soup and the afang.
Both were fresh and tasty.
I recommend!
Masala wahala (Nkoyo) restaurant offers tasty intercontinental dishes at its finest, the space is designed with that bamboo feel with natural indoor plants and a good eye for detail.
If you would love to make a stop for meal at a great space with a cultural touch with your friends or family -Think Nkoyo- you'd be basking in natural skylights and ready to choose from a wide variety -all on a la carte... They'd be that nice to offer you chips and a bottle of water while you wait. I took a nice picture from the mezzanine deck.
Found this spot randomly in search of lunch. Had fresh fish pepper soup as a starter, then had lamb shank, which came with a huge side of fried rice, plantains and sauces. The portion was large enough for two. Everything cost about #31K, which was reasonable for the amount of food. The only negative was dropping water from AC unit behind me.
On 14th April, I transferred PayPal $200 to him, hoping that he was going to pay me in naira. Ever since, he has gone incommunicado. I wanted to ignore this, but I couldn't get myself to do that because anyone could be his next victim. Please be warned.
Please avoid the guy because he's a scammer.
He has several WhatsApp numbers. The one I transacted with was +234 904 479 3997. The number is not reachable now.
Funnily enough, after scamming me, he sent a stupid screenshot as proof of payment. Don't say you weren't warned. The annoying thing is that this guy used about 7 days to convince me to trust him. In the end, he still scammed me. Nigerians are really mean people.
I know he probably has several monikers on Nairaland, I call on Seun, Lala and Mynd44 to get rid of that moniker because he's out to wreck people's life.
Please beware so you don't lose your hard-earned money to some idiot.
PayPal proof of transfer is still on my inbox.
